It seems that if you listen to the news as a nation we are getting more unhealthy everyday. It isn’t easy at first to change your lifestyle if you are used to living in a certain way. I believe that it is about making small changes in the beginning.

The gym that I attend do a fitness MOT every three months, the purpose of this is to see if you have improved your health and fitness. When I had my regular ‘check up’ last August 2012 was shocked mine had rocketed to 7 and a safe, recommended level is under 5.
I absolutely love Las Vegas! Recently I came back from my 3rd trip and despite lots of research on return I realised that I hadn’t done any of the things I planned! One of the reasons was on this trip I went with some Vegas Virgins and so spent time showing them some of the sites.

The event was held at the prestigious BT Tower in London. Having never been I jumped at the chance to go to the city.
